I can proudly say I've had real hits from North Korea, Saint Helena and Nauru. They are all terribly hard to obtain, but if you know the right places, they come. Seldom, but they do

Nauru is not really a problem for me, but Christmas island is difficult. I have had real hits from there, but they all count as Australia or Unknown - Satellite Provider....
I miss 21 other countries... so these seem to be even harder, but Christmas Island was frustrating.

You won't get a real hit from Christmas Island. They're all on satellite.

Pity for Christmas Island... I did get SH on October 3 though. On my other counter, but there Nauru is still missing... BIOT and KP I got on my site several times, but not yet after adding the flag counters...
