But maybe Jeremy creates a separate FC for the UK, Brazil, Australia, China, etc. just like for the USA

None of these countries are independent, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and England form the United Kingdom. Jersey and the Isle of Man form some kind of exceptions - they directly belong to the Crown, not to the UK itself, and they are not part of the European Union as well.
