i dont have a flag of any color from Libya 

The criterion used (as has been posted ad nauseam on other threads) is that until the CIA World Factbook changes its flag entry, then FC won't change its flags. In the case of Libya, the factbook (as checked 30 seconds ago) still has the green flag.
In the case of South Sudan, the new flag is shown, but until there's a recognizable internet domain actually up and running, then flags from there can't be traced. I assume this is also the case for Kosovo - references I checked today suggest it has no internet domain separate from Serbia.

Annoying as it is for us flag fiends, we have to have patience in these cases!!

The CIA Factbook, as of Septembner 10, 2011, is now showing the tricolor flag (the old Kingdom flag) as the new officially recognized flag of Libya: https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/geos/ly.html

Time for Jeremy to update the Libya flag on FC, methinks!
