Hi Jens, thanks for coming back on.
I'm not disputing whether these flags can or cannot be collected, I'm just querying WHY they aren't being collected by my Flag Counter.
So far we have Ukraine, Slovenia, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam and lastly Iraq, all site visitors but no flags collected.

I tried to explain it before. It is not an flag counter issue.
They might prevent the display of the flag counter image due to whatever reasons.

OK, sorry I didn't understand you the last time, and I'm really none the wiser this time either! Who do you mean by 'they'?
It wouldn't seem to be the countries, as other collectors have these flags. Neither would the blog people not display it, or else I wouldn't have collected the 30 flags I have since I signed up a little while ago.

"They" means your visitors.
Preventing the flag counter image might depend on several reasons or browser settings.
I assume it is beyond your influence or responsibility.

Thanks Alex, I did notice that it had finally appeared. Perhaps Jens was right, and the other person who visited didn't allow the Flag Counter to appear so it couldn't register.
