Finding myself subscribed to a topic
I received an email from a FC user, the email said it was because I had subscribed to a topic. That is wrong, I have never subscribed to a topic. Never. The email also contained a link saying "unsubscribe." So I clicked and I got "you do not have permission to view this page" or words to that effect.

All that it takes to subscribe to a topic is to click the "Notify me when someone posts to this topic" at the bottom of a topic.
I'm not sure what you mean that you received it from a FC user though. Users cannot access your email address.
