More than 20.000 visits from Latvia???
Hi,
yesterday I received more than 20.000 visits from Latvia within a very short period of time - absolutely ununsual - at least for my page. It seems that all visits came from one IP.
Any clue what happened?

Hacked or some automatically generated visits.
It has had no effects on your fc. You have only 1,827 visits from there. (checked today 0615 UTC)

Hi Jens,
FC didn't count the 20.000+ visits from Latvia as unique visitors - but they were counted as FC views.

Sure, I think it was an automatically generated attack to kill your server or something similar.
An idea to prevent such issue in the future is to block the access of that particular IP to your site; if it is possible for you.
