    Difference between S01 and S09

    I originally purchased an upgraded Flag Counter for my first website. It uses S01 and has always been very fast and responsive. I just started a new website and bought an upgraded Flag Counter for it. However, it is on S09 and can take up to 30 seconds to respond (and sometimes times out). The lag is making my website quite sluggish. Can things be improved for my second site?

    I have tried to manages this flag counter, but cannot reach it. If enter my password in the "forgot password", it says it has sent me a change, but it never shows up in my email. If I enter my password, it says it does not match.

    I paid for this counter for my second website, but can do nothing with it. Please help.

    Can you post the address of your counter?  I can only find one counter associated with your email address, and it is on s01.

    Yes, thanks.

    It our emails to you are bouncing with a "Service unavailable" message.  I have tried sending you your password from a different server, please let me know if it reaches you.

    It did reach me. Apparently S04 has more problems than speed. Thanks for looking into this.
