Maine, North Dakota and West Virginia are the three remaining for me.
I know where they are on the geographical map, but not why they're so hard to get on flag map.

I've 3 Vermont flags. My aunt went to university at University of Vermont in Burlington so that was an easy one for me. After just getting Oklahoma flag, only 2 states I still miss are Wyoming and Montana
