I don't know if a 100% invisible code is possible...
you can do like this and get only 1 flag appearing:
<img src="
FFFFF/columns=1/maxflags=1/viewers=3/labels=0/"></img>
changing the "?" with your server and flagcounter code.
this way, all the rest will be white and only 1 flag will appear.
if your page is not white, you can change the FFFFFF's to get your page color...
