I don't know that FC offers a map of Mexican regions. The U.S. map can be obtained from the U.S. counter. Actually I haven't seen a code for the U.S. flag map.

i have seen the US regional map but i dont know if there is a code for it

You collect the regional flags of these countries on your statistics page. We do not offer a standalone service for Mexico.
