I have a flag map counter.
Q: How do I create a direct link to my counter to receive some flags from specific users?

1. You should check some signatures of forum users. They provide a direct link to their flag counter.
2. Modify it according to your request.

Thanks Jen for your reply. I have done it, but not sure if it is working. It takes you to the map, but wondering if by doing that it adds up a flag or not.

I only showed you the way how to do it. I have no idea if it works as expected.
The missing term in the map link is the "count" you can see at the normal flag counter link. On the other hand, Flag Counter is offering a map as alternative flag counter display. So I assume it works.
I recommend the let it run for a while and check the stats if the visitors appear. My visit was from Germany this morning. So you should see that at least.
