My Flag Counter is somehow strange
I think it doesn't count as it should. Is there something wrong with the s04?

Yes, it looks but it's not. I'm not sure whether the problem is the main FC or minute FC but I'm pretty sure that I get more visitors than the minute FC claims.
It's very difficult to explain this problem...

You have 3 versions of the same counter on your page, the map, last visit time, and regular. Using more than one of any counter with the same ID is known and expected to produce unpredictable results. This has been posted here many times.
