how can I change the erroneous start date on my FC?
It says "since 4/29/11" x number of flags have visited, but I didn't sign up til 5/29/11. (see my previous mssgs--sorry they were so long).
I don't like this wrong date, makes it look like even fewer people visit my blog than really do...
The question of why my UK, AU, country charts show visits as early as April 11, when I had not signed up even according to the erroneous start date of Apr 29, is another issue--curious but not as annoying as the erroneous date of 4/29 that should be 5/29 (or maybe 5/30 if it was late enough in the afternoon here on Pacific time to be the next day by FC time).

Where it says "since 4/29/11" is on your own website.
We don't have any control over what you have written on your site.

Thanks and sorry to be so stupid--I thought that was part of FC!
Is the other issue of the UK and AU data from before I signed up not fixable? I don't understand what you suggested about how someone else could be using my FC or vice-versa...

I think what happened is someone was assigned your Flag Counter's ID before you signed up, but it was deleted for inactivity. Your ID was when recycled, but during a short period of time where not all of the residual files had been cleaned up on our system. Unfortunately, this cannot be corrected without resetting all of your statistics.
