US state not appearing on the counter
I called 2 people in Georgia, US and Texas, US to login, but is not showing under United States.

I couldn't find your Flag Counter. They apparently didn't come across it either.

so whats the 'allowed domain" for then in the admin? Why do i need to put it on the front page?

You need to put it wherever you want your visitors to be counted.
The allowed domain is a security feature that blocks other sites from using your code.
