Seychelles flag not appearing on my flag counter
Yesterday I was lucky enough to lots of flags after asking for help.
The one country that has appeared on my audience tracker is Seychelles - but no flag has appeared.
On the page that has a chart that shows the percentages, part of it says other countries ...will Seychelles come under other countries or should I have a flag for it.

Your tracker is using probably another tracking technique.
Another reason can be that the visitor blocked FC image or that the FC imgage was not been shown due to several reasons.
Seychelles should have an own flag.
