"Unknown - Asia/Pacific Region" ?

Can a non-administrator user of FC decipher what is an "Unknown - Asia/Pacific Region" ?

I went through the previous posts on the subject of "Unknown" in FC, but couldn't find an answer: did I misread, i.e. - was a way to do that described somewhere in FC?

Probably an IP address not listed for a specific area or location but assigned to the bigger Asia/Pacific region.

To satisfy my curiosity, do you know where can I get this IP address on FC?

All I see on FC is:
    Unknown - Asia/Pacific Region    1            July 23, 2011

If I have this IP datum, probably I could find the ISP and maybe even the server (if ping/traceroute is not blocked).

You can't get that IP from your FC.

All II can tell you is that : I asked somebody to visit me from China where he's living and the visit appeared as Asia/Pacific Region. I saw him on the map at Hong Kong and he said later that his server was in Hong Kong.
Is that the reason why : location different ?

That's an interesting coincidence, as another hits-mapping application (http://www.revolvermaps.com/?target=enlarge&i=2c3ufqow6ui&nostars=false&color=ff0000&m=0&ref=http%3A%2F%2Fronbarak.tumblr.com%2Fpost%2F7759196756%2Foldie-marriage-adages) reveals that the mystery "Unknown - Asia/Pacific Region" is actually also coming from China.

I visited you from an "Asia-Pacific" region today and Revolver showed it as Manila, Philippines.

What do you mean: 'I visited you from an "Asia-Pacific" region'?
Did you catch a plane? Do you live in that Geographical domain? Did you manipulate the DNS system?

If the latter, I tip my hat to you, madam!

Seriously, when you "visited", where was your server located?

(your profile says Real name: The girl from St Helena, Location: Europe)
