The ferry crossing was very good, calm wind, gently sea state.
Actually we are flooded here in N Germany. Incredible how much rain can fall in one day.

I hope it was not too bad... 
Sometimes we have flooding here too, but Singapore has the worst floodings in this region unfortunately. The last bad one happened only a few months ago.

I have employed the water pump for 3 hrs to get the water out of the garden, that says everything.
Anyhow, I think it is nothing compared to other floods around the world. It is simply the fact that it is unusual for us.
