A "stalker" on Flagcounter
I know it sounds ridiculous, but i have someone from the same location who keeps linking over and over..ten or fifteen times in a row...I would like to do something to stop this person so I have a realistic
count...anything I cna do to stop him or her?

But why would (s)he do that, have you quarreled or smthng 
Maybe (s)he just wants his/her country on top of the table. Could be also (s)he took your flag counter code and is using it on his/her website, too I know mine is used by at least one other person - I was furious in the beginning but now I don't care anymore - the more the merrier, esp. if from an exotic place. 
There are no registration details like username/password for flag counters, so it's possible to happen. Dunno, maybe Jeremy (flag counter developer) can help you somehow, don't worry be happy
