I'm on Blogger too. What I did to add my counter was under "Add a Gadget" (in the Blogger Design tab) select "HTML/JavaScript."

Paste the ENTIRE code into the field box that says "Content." Hit save and the window closes. Hit save again on the main design page. Reload.

Hopefully that ought to fix it.

I´ve obtained it!!!!!!!!

I did a wrong thing: I put the code in wrong place, is in "To add gadget".....>"HTML/Javascript Añadir ", and them you have to put the code, nad not in "To add gadget".....> "to add your own gadget".
