Flag Map & Visitor Flags
I have two flag counter items on my website.
(1) The flag map
(2) The list of flags in 8 columns and up to 248 flags.
There are some problems.
1. A new country (Venezuela) is coreectly listed on the list (2) but NOT shown on the flag map (1) !
2. I have 2x Mexico, correctly shown on the list (2) BUT not on the map. If I click on the map the flag counter website is shown and I choose the "flag map" tab, sometimes I see the Mexico flag, sometimes not as in the recent moment (different lookup's)!
a) What is going wrong?
b) Is it possible to reset the flag results in such a way that all visitor countries are displayed? (Not deleted!!!)

Are both flag counters have the same ID or do you use two different counters?

Normally a new tab will be opened when you click on the counters. The address you see is the counter. We need two things; the Server S0? and the ID at the end of the line ..../xxx .
If both identical you have got 1 counter if they are different you have got two counters.
It is important to know it before trying to explain the reason why the problems appear.

OK - now I got it
Flag map s08 and X123
Flag list s03 and Y45
But on the flag map the mexican flag seems to vanished.

You used two counters. You can not expect that both are working in the same way. Your visitors may leave your site before the one or the other counter was loaded correctly.
If you use only one counter but two displays it might you can expect that both are working harmoniously.
Using only one counter is worth being considered.
