My s09 counter disappeared earlier this evening. Now it has returned, but the German and Brazilian flags I had received earlier in the day are now gone. The newest data is from June 25. Will the June 26th data be returning at some point?

Today I saw this message in my flag counter when I looked at the details from the United States:
"No visitors from this country have been recorded since upgrading.
0 out of 51 collected."
I have 2 questions:
- I'm using the free flag counter (not the pro version).
So why is there written that there was an upgrading?
- I already collected 16 regional flags.
Will they appear again or are they really lost?
