Signed up for Pro and it DOESN'T WORK
I paid for the pro vesion and about an hour ago my counter reset and the logo now appears again on my counter. I tried logging in and it said that ID I was using was created by an anonymous user. How do I fix this now that they have my money??? I didn't make any changes to the code I dropped onto my page.
Why did my counter reset?
Why is the pro version of my account removed?

What is the address of your counter and/or your website? We're having some technical issues with one of the servers tonight.

Here's the URL to my login that contains my ID. It worked as of 2 hours ago and now all my stats have reset to zero.

It seems now that the Flag Counter logo in my counter is gone which is good. However, I still can't access my settings. It still says this: "Unfortunately, this counter was created anonymously and we do not have credentials on file."
When will this be fixed!!??
