    We are working on bringing s03 back online and determining what is causing this issue.

    We have identified the hard drive in s03 as failing.

    We are installing a new drive at this very moment and expect to be able to preserve all counter data.

    give it some time, this crash was big and it seems like backup data is slowly sorting through each counter, mine just came back as it was but others are still down

    Thanks for your patience, acetomatoco is exactly right.  We are working as fast as possible.

    This is the same situation that s04 had earlier this year, and I haven't seen anyone post any issues with s04 in many months.
