In most sites, the top spanish-speaking countries are Spain or Mexico. Nicaragua and Guatemala have much less population and much lower Internet access.

Oh, because of that.. 
I have had Nicaragua on top of my list ever since I had flagcounter, so perhaps my site has more traffic in Nicaragua. Though perhaps some of the visitors did not store their cookies, making the visit count over and over again. However Guatemala is a little bit surprising for me as well.
