How to get Monaco
I got Monaco again today (#3) by writing to celebrity chef Alain Ducasse asking for a table at his expensive restaurant La Trattoria in Monte Carlo.

or you can just go to Tagged and if you're lucky find someone...
I only got 9 visits from there this way though.

No doubt one of the hardest European flags to get. Along with Vatican City, Monaco is the only European flag left to collect.
