I think all is ok with your flag counter.
Your own previous visit to your site is recorded by the cookie s07.flagcounter.com/ flagcounter:Wa4n.
You confirmed at point 2 that the cookie is already there before you access your site.
You checked the number of visits at point 3.
The number didn't increase when you visited your site. That was stated at point 5.
The test confirms that your flag counter doesn't count your own visits.
You should check from time to time that the cookies are not been deleted by other applications. (antivirus, registry cleaner etc.).
