1. Give difficult flags to other people here when you first join.
2. Participate in discussion.
3. Don't have a website with a tokelau suffix. Because holland25 needs that one. But holland25 will give you very difficult flags. And so will PaulMT.
4. Don't expect markmaierody to give you Vatican City, even if you give markmaeirody a new flag.

Social networking sites like last.fm or other with little privacy and where it is easy to look for people from all over the world, taking part in discussions and open groups

Traffic exchanges can generate lots of traffic, some even allow you to target specific countries, the principle is that you surf to get credit and iin exchange other members will see your site.

If you have some friends travelling to some countries you wish to receive a flag from, just ask them to visit your site from during their trip.
