can i transfer
My websites gone down ......is it possible to swop my flag counter to a new site and keep the flag i've aquired?

Additionally to Meiriongwril's post; You should use the FC URL at your signature to regenerate the html you have to insert into your new site. It shouldn't be a problem.

That is correct. If you cope the code and put it in the browser address you will see your counter and at the end of the page the "regenerate html" botton. Continue by using the code which will be provided.

you don't need to find it from anywhere... I just copied that from "make new counter"
you can change your maxflag etc by yourself
with your hand just editing the url
