Do you have cookies like:
(folder) s0x.flagcounter.com
(file) s0x.flagcounter.com Cookie name flagcounter:xxx
Replace x by your server name and xxx by your counter ID

Thank you for that. It looks fine and shows that cookies of Flagcounter are excepted.
You should know that each site containing a flagcounter will leave such a cookie. That brings us to the next question.
Is one of the two yours, means do you have a flag collection identifier like Wa4n or vX5AS?

you are counted as unique visitor pro day , also the oageviews go up , if you log in to zour site more than one time, so at least i think

It seems your cookie was been placed correctly on your browser.
Lets do following:
1. Open your browser and do not open your site
2. Check your cookies, do you have the s07.flagcounter.com/ flagcounter:Wa4n cookie there?
3. Check your visits at
4. Open the site where the flagcounter is
5. Check your visits at again. Are your country visits increased?
6. If you have answered question 2 with no all works fine. If you have answered it with yes I should contact Jeremy
Are your visits counted twice when you access your site twice a day without having closed the browser?
