What is travellers move to a different country?
Hi there - I understand that once a person "contributes" a flag, they will not be counted again unless they delete cookies....at least I think that is correct.
Anyways, our blog is a travel blog, www.getupandglobe.com (shameless plug?), and so, we hope that it will be read by fellow travellers...if someone is on Panama and signs onto our site, and then signs in again in Costa Rica, will a new flag appear, or not unless they delete their cookies, same as previous?
Thanks in advance!

Re: What is travellers move to a different country?
Well
It depends on technology, but I'll try to explain it with an example:
For example: I am from Belgium and when connected to my Belgian internet provider I can give a Belgian flag to anyone who has a flagcounter.
When I was in Portugal I had to connect with a Portuguese internet provider...and at that moment I was giving Portuguese flags.
So to answer your question: Yes, a new flag will appear.
