Paid For Pro, but it's Not showing up
About 3 days ago I apid for Flag Counter pro, but it's not showing up. I'm still getting the original, how do I make the Pro version show up?

Please see the other thread you posted in at
It appears that you have two Flag Counters, and are no longer using the one that you upgraded.

That sounds perfectly logical and does explain why I'm not seeing it. A very good answer the question is how can I get back to the upgraded one with all my pageviews?

You would want to log in to the Flag Counter Management area for your previous (upgraded) counter at
and regenerate your HTML code.Flag Counter Developer

Re: Paid For Pro, but it's Not showing up
Excellent, that worked. The piece of information I was missing was the ZGkz account name, the flags are all back, of course now however I lost the 102 I accumulated on the other account. Just for future reference. A) The system should never have allowed me to generate another counter. B) there should be a way to display both account if they are there, if I had known the name of the other one I could have save you a lot of trouble. C) They should be a way for your people to merge two account so nobody loses data. If it were possible to transfer the freebie data into my pro account that would be really cool. Anyway thanks for solving the problem.

Why shouldn't we allow you to create more than one counter? I'm sure many here would disagree, as we have a large number of customers with multiple Flag Counters.
The Pro upgrade page states that you are "unlocking" Flag Counter Pro, that all of the customizations that you've made to your Flag Counter will remain, and that "You won't need to change a thing on your website."

Our system sent you an email link to both counters when you created and registered them. When you upgraded to Flag Counter Pro, our system sent out a second email with this link, and the link to regenerate your Flag Counter in the future.

I agree this could be useful in some circumstances.
