Is a Mayotte visit counted as Unknown currently? Because I think someone that is from Mayotte from Tagged visited me, and I got the first "Unknown" visit. So, is it?

i have 212 i remeber getting 15 per day once 
but no for 1-2 motnhs nothing =/

Well, many of them, you can get an Unknown flag from every country around the world. It all depends on how your visitor is connected to the internet.
