The 3 countries are all counted as Netherlands Antilles ( taken from here : ), but who knows - somedays are their flags available. Goalzilla, you can add the countries if you agree ;-)
BQ - Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba
CW - Curaçao
SX - Sint Maarten
oh and Saint Martin (MF) and Nauru (NR) aren't available too.

What are the currently unavailable flags?
I know only about EH (Western Sahara). Are there any others where you can't get a flag from?
I mean there might be Internet access in some places but that doesn't give a flag only an "Unknown Satellite Provider" mark. What are these places?
