I know that I have had visitors from numerous countries whose flags are not showing on my flag counter.  Please do not suggest that I have not set the show flags number high enough, as that is definitely not the case.  Nor is the issue one of delays, as weeks later there are still no flags showing for known visitors. 

I don't understand the moderator's suggestion that this problem arises from visitors not allowing their flags to be posted.  How do they do that?  The vast majority of flags that do show are from my immediate geographic area,--not only my own country, but my own province. 

After reading other posts from others who have been having the same problem, I'm beginning to think that FC will be of limited use or interest to me.  Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem might be?  FC is a great idea, if I could only get it to work for me.
