China and India
Why do these huge countries with a large number of provinces not have any regional flags in Flag Counter Pro?

The simple reason is there either aren't any flags, or we can't find them. In the case of India, we may end up using the seals.

Got you. Although just by a quick search I did find e.g. the Tibetian flag and a Cantonese flag, but I guess that most Chinese regions don't have flags,
