@everyone.
meme is correct. meme first did not believe it was my contact.
I had to go via 4 people to get the flag of St Helena.
It is a small place and very few people have access to broadband. The person now asks how their number is available and has asked for no more contact for a while. It is not New York, London or Paris. Flag Counter is something new for this person who is a native of SH. I am sorry, but 
I can do no more for the moment. But I must respect this person's wishes now.
