Proxy Servers

I've noticed that a lot of people use numerous proxy servers in order to collection and provide others with flags.  Can anyone recommend a good one so that I too can join in the fun, collect some flags and share them with others?  Otherwise, I'm fairly ignorant of proxy servers.  Thank for you any suggestions or advice.

Re: Proxy Servers

When I was new to all this, I liked people to give me visits from proxy servers, but now I realize that Proxy Servers actually kill the purpose of flag counter. So I highly recommend not to use or request fake visits.

Anyways, if you still want, use this page:

Re: Proxy Servers

proxy use to obtain flags is not good in my opinion,

there is so much more satisfaction in obtaining them by legitimate visits

Re: Proxy Servers

Download ProxySwitcher, it downloads proxy lists from about 20 sites.

https://s05.flagcounter.com/more/MECnk/

251/251 countries and 3,860/3,860 flags collected.

Re: Proxy Servers

I agree it's better to get flags through hard work securing them, but in this case, I'm trying to learn something.  I have checked several of the webpages/proxy server lists that several of you recommended, but I don't understand how it works. I tried copy-and-pasting them, but got no where.  Do I need special software to access these servers?  Some say they are free, but then want a monthly fee to access their UK/US/Canada server.  I'm lost.

Re: Proxy Servers

It might be worthwhile to ask a search machine for that particular problem.
Another option is to check the help page of your browser how to set up a different proxy.

You can't expect that proxy problems will be solved here. That section is to help and support people having problems with their FC.

I was looking for information.  Not a problem resolution.

Re: Proxy Servers

I Googled and found the information I was looking for.  It's not worth the effort to use this method.  I'll stick with traditional/legitimate methods.  Thanks for the 'information' though.  End of discussion.
