Libya is offline!
It seems to be that the most Libyan people don't have Internet since one week. The last visitor I received from Libya was from March, 3. Did you get Libyan visitors in the last days?

You are correct. Libya proxy servers are sometimes listed as Afghanistan. But even they have disappeared in the last few days.
