this is my second query. I have visitors from Canada, UAE, Venezuela and Taiwan, but are not on the map or on the counter. Why can it be?

It is likely that their proxy is located elsewhere. FC counts according to the proxy position.
The second option can be that they are visiting you several times and their cookies indicate that they are not new visitors.
