Hello, can you help please,

I live in Japan, can you please tell me what "Time Zone/Date zone" the Flag Counter
that I put on my Google blogsite will be in?

Sometimes the Japan flag count DATES seem to be about half a day
behind the actual Flag Count itself and the USA DATES are way ahead. I can't figure
what time the Flag Count is actually working with, and I would
really like to know.
