Missing regional flags of the Russian Federation
Jeremy,
there is no regional flag of Pskov (Russian Federation) shown, just a grey field as in cases of unknown visits - and there's "nothing at all" as regional flag of the Altai Republic (Russian Federation) - it seems that the flag image is missing.
Could you fix it?

pskov doesnt have a flag, thats why its grey. but i dunno whats with altai cause they have one
