no any secret. I am wrote several time here how is do it.
Possible easy for one 2 or 3 hours per 100 flags and around 130-150 per month.
You can change proxy property in your browser i.e. you visit other pages c/o server in XXX country. How is do it you can Google search "using proxy with YYY" where YYY is your browser. Really you in one native country, but can visit using IP from other countries.

Also you can buy a special soft for proxy switch, which scan Internet to find proxy (about 15-20K every day), then check and sorted by county (I am use it).
You can use proxy list (need fresh list!) publish FREE in many sites.
Someone of members not accept proxy flags - other is like it....
I have a lot of protest from forum members and now close  active give any flags to other members - but really is easy get 100 countries , about 40-45 states (USA) and 5-8 Canadian provinces each day. For example go to http://nntime.com/proxy-country/ to show what possible do. I am check this page seldom, because my soft is work much better and give proxy info for lot of rare flags which never publish here.
