Flag Counter Link not Working
Hi,
When I click on my Flag Counter the link to the Flag Counter site has stopped working. Can no longer display statistics etc. Has been working a treat for the last year. Any suggestions?

Everything is fine on our end. This indicates that the code on your site has been changed in some way.

Hi Jeremy,
Many thanks for your prompt reply. I have examined the HTML code on my QRZ page and found some inconsistencies, which I have duly altered.I now have the link working to connect to Flag Counter statistics. Unfortunately they seem to be the wrong ones. For example the number of visits from the USA are shown as being the highest, in fact from the image on QRZ G3PQB the highest is from the UK as I would expect.
Unfortunately I no longer have access to my backup as I had a PC crash and have bought a new PC as a consequence.
If I simply insert a new code from Flag Counter will this result in the loss of all my Flags and visitor count?

Yes, it will.
Please post here your counter's HTML code and we'll try to 'mend' it for you. Let us also know approximate statistics, top two-three countries and the number of hits.

Thank you for your reply and welcome. According to the image on QRZ I have had 725 page views and the top three countries are:-
GB @108
US @ 37
DE @ 35
The HTML code on QRZ is :-

How did these two supposedly Egyptian and which doesn't exist 
end up on your site .
Besides, you can have max. 248 flags, not 36222 
Try this and let us know if it worked:

Whoops! Where the two extra items came from I do not know. When I first looked at my HTML there was much more. That even I knew was incorrect I therefore removed them and as I had no idea what the rest was I left well alone. Nothing was added. I am equally puzzled.
I have tried the HTML code that you sent, and it works perfectly. Many thanks. It is now in a backup file on an external hard drive. I try to learn from my mistakes!

hi i am also having trouble with my counter. when i put my pointer over it on qrz.com it dosn't say free counters and i can not click on it so i can not view stats etc.
can anybody please help. thanks
