Actually - I think if everyone just submits their top-10 ranked difficult countries, we can just tally up the points.  It should work by the scoring method I suggested. 

10 points for #1
9 points for #2
8 points for #3
7 points for #4
6 points for #5
5 points for #6
4 points for #7
3 points for #8
2 points for #9
1 points for #10

It should work even if we don't all agree on the top-10 countries. For instance, if Person A votes for Gaza (let's say he votes it #8, therefore 3 points), but Person B does not list it at all, Gaza only gets 3 points.  This way we can have a full ranking for ALL the listed countries.  Any country that is listed by anyone will get a score, but unless a country gets listed by many individuals, that country will not score high.  I think this scoring method is more inclusive since there's no way we can all agree on the top-10 countries, which is kinda why we are doing this in the first place.

So we'll leave the voting until the end of the month.  Deadline to be included is midnight January 31 (as per the board time).  Please rank 10 countries in order, #1 being hardest and #10 the least hard out of your list.  Then I'll go through and tally things up.

Please title your list with some sort of official declaration that it is the one you want entered into the competition.  So make it look like this:

As well, strictly speaking, we are ranking the most difficult-to-acquire FLAGS, and not COUNTRIES.
