The first question is: Can I post the same Flag Counter on my next site, which is currently under development. Can I ask you to generate a new code for that new site? Thanks!

Why don't you read the FAQs before posting questions that are already answered there?
If you want to keep the same counter (with the same numbers of flags) just paste your counter code on to your new webpage.
If you want to start from 0, then get a new code.
Pretty simple, eh?

Not intended to be unkind, but to be educational. Apologies if it sounded unkind!
If people look at the FAQ section, then they will find many of the answers they need. That's why it's called the 'Frequently asked Questions' section!!
