I have not been active on Flickr for over a month... quite possible there have not been any visitors. Still, It's a Pro account and it should not reset.

isn't a pro account.. 
are you sure you haven't accidentally added a completely new counter to flickr?
When signing up for Pro account you got an e-mail with your counter ID and server.. can you find it please

Sorry, you're right... not a flag counter Pro account, I meant a Flickr Pro account. I'm absolutely positive that I did not create a new counter. When I viewed at my profile back in mid November, I had all my flags. When I viewed it today I only had one (Canada). You said the counter was just created, can you tell what day & time that happened?

Today. See the flagcounter image, there's just 1 Canada or click on it to get statistics. It could've reset due to inactivity..
