My own visits to my own Flag Counter are counted?

i checked the FAQ and it says that after my first visit, they set a cookie which prevents my subsequent visits from getting counted. But I always delete my private data after I finish browsing with my browser which is Opera and I always select the option of deleting all cookies. So does that mean that the cookie that Flag Counter set is deleted as well and my next visit to my Flag Counter will be counted? Cause I notice a steady rise in my country's flag count and I doubt that that many people from my country visited my Flag Counter.

@ Lawrence999:
If you have set your browser to clear cookies when being closed each visit of yours will be counted again and again. FC sets a cookie the avoid multiple counts.

... so if I got dynamic IP, I will be counted every time my IP changes? I have the cookies active but still the problem appears! at least can i remove my country from counting? I dont want my stats to be affected this way
