S04 problems
It seems S04 doesn't react. The flags are not shown on my homepage. The statistic at my S04 overview is static.

Dear server administrator, seen that the s02/04 has ALWAYS problems, could you please transfer my counter to another server?

The same thing with s02. 
251 different countries / 315 flags collected.

We have brought s04 back up from a crash.
It is not possible to be transferred to another server. We haven't accepted new users on s04 for several weeks. It's just been some bad luck lately.
For some good news, we're working on deploying s08 as soon as possible to accommodate continued growth.
