How are visitors registered on the Flag Counter?
Let's say Last.fm. Does the visitor have to be logged in in his Last.fm account in order to be registered on the Flag Counter on the profile which he visits? Or is any random visitor who is not logged in able to be registered on the Flag Counter?

There's no need to be logged in. Every visit that loads the flagcounter image is counted.

Every visit will be counted. To avoid counting somebody twice, flag counters sets a cookie in the visitor's computer.
