I am just now test in Fairfox:
To change proxy settings:
• Select Edit => Preferences.
• Select Advanced to open sub-menu.
• Select the Proxies item.
• Select the Manual Proxy Configuration radio button.
• In the necessary proxy field(s), set the Proxy Server address and proxy configuration port.
• If nessesary, enable "bypass proxy server for local addresses".
• Click OK.
For the testing use fresh proxy from the web page
when you change proxy visit or any other web page to recognize your IP. (Google search "What is my ip")
